I am responsible for ensuring our rental properties are maintained and legally compliant and I have completed my Professional Inventory Provision qualification. Prior to this I had over 25 years’ experience in the military and public house management

Senior Lettings Negotiator

I joined the Lettings team in 2008 and have worked my way to the role of Team Leader Lettings. My role covers all aspects of the letting process from carrying out the viewings to the management of properties. Carrying out the market appraisals, viewings and oversee the preparation of all the legal documents required for a tenant to move in. I work really well with both tenants and landlords to ensure everyone is kept informed about the move in process. I’m a qualified inventory provider and have been granted the Technical Award by ARLA. My passion for property started at a young age and I find great satisfaction in finding the best tenants for our landlord’s properties.

Having worked extensively in sales and lettings within the county a few years ago, I have moved back in to the industry to challenge myself as a Lettings Negotiator. I have always admired the way Cobb Amos go about their business and I am excited to be working within a busy and motivated lettings department going forward in to what will be a very exciting future. I am friendly and very organised with a passion for property and love the challenges faced when helping people find their dream home to rent.

My major role is to help maintain the lettings properties that we manage to a high standard. Previously I worked for six years in customer service, marketing and management within the Motor Industry at a well-respected Herefordshire company, so I am used to ensuring people’s assets are well looked after. I’ve always had a great passion for property and love what a home means to each person and I am looking forward to gaining the relevant professional qualifications shortly.

I am currently on maternity leave and will be returning to Cobb Amos in 2018.

I am a university graduate with a first class honours degree and a qualified member of ARLA with a range of experience within the lettings industry. Geographically I deal with properties across six different counties and have valuable knowledge from both HMO’s right the way through to high-end properties.

Paul Gilbert

Accounts Administrator

I am a friendly and organised Accounts Administrator who takes care of all of our letting property rental payments and have responsibility for budgets, payroll and financial reporting. I am AAT qualified with a keen eye for streamlining processes and finding efficiencies to benefit our team and clients.  Growing up in Hereford I love the local landscape and enjoy being a part of this busy, hard working team.
