Legal Pack Information

The vendor’s solicitors will provide a legal pack and contract prior to The Auction. This generally contains conditions of sale, title deeds, leases, office copy Land Registry entries, searches and any other relevant information.

We endeavour to provide the legal packs as soon as we receive them from the solicitor but they are generally available to view during the week leading up to The Auction.

The packs can be viewed online (if made available this way) by clicking on the links above. Alternatively, the are available from the vendor’s solicitors or our office. Please call the appropriate office in advance to check that the pack has arrived and please note that it is not available to take away.

We strongly recommend that you or your legal adviser inspects the legal pack prior to The Auction and if you need further legal information, please contact the vendor’s solicitor whose details will be on the website or printed at the end of the catalogue. Remember that you buy subject to all documentation and terms of Contract whether or not you have read them.

Legal packs will also be made available for inspection in The Auction room on the evening of the sale.
