We currently have openings for the following positions: Property Maintenance Coordinator, Lettings Negotiator, and Lettings Manager.

1. Property Maintenance Coordinator
As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage property repairs and maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Your role will include scheduling repairs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring that all maintenance complies with regulations. You should have excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience in property management or a related field is beneficial but not essential.

3. Lettings Negotiator
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assisting tenants in finding their perfect rental property. You will conduct property viewings, handle tenant applications, negotiate terms, and ensure that all legal documentation is completed accurately. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in lettings or property sales is advantageous, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
4. Lettings Manager
We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our lettings team in Hereford. In this role, you will oversee the entire lettings process, from marketing properties and conducting valuations to managing tenancies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be responsible for meeting performance targets, mentoring junior staff, and providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the lettings market.
