Born and educated in Herefordshire, I am a landlord myself and adore “all things property”. I aim to lead my team, so that each time you meet one of us you want to do business with us and whole heartedly recommend us. For 20 years my particular forte is valuing unusual and interesting properties, providing guidance on property improvements and design.
My area of speciality lies in combining my knowledge and interest in property and agriculture. With expertise in renovations and maximising value, particularly in rural areas. I also run Cobb Agri and Cobb Estates, our sister companies where I specialise in soil nutrition and develop and maintain a property portfolio.
In my role I coach and train our fabulous teams to continually develop their skills to better serve you. I have a wealth of over 30 years experience and a vast amount of knowledge in development sizes and projects for planning of all sizes.

With over 30 years experience in estate agency across Herefordshire, Shropshire and into Wales, I conduct a wide variety of market appraisals every day and offer a real depth and breadth of knowledge and experience to all clients.
With a passion for customer service, my role is to conduct market appraisals and advise sellers on how to maximise value in their property. Based in our Hereford office, I have developed some highly successful marketing campaigns which have resulted in clients achieving more than the initial asking price.
Having moved home a few times, I have complete empathy for our clients when they embark on this journey and try my hardest to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible and that there are as few ‘humps in the road’ as possible; however, if they do occur I am on hand to find a satisfactory solution. Being qualified I bring a wealth of knowledge and excellent advice to prospective buyers and sellers.

I am a successful Sales Negotiator in our busy Leominster office with lots of sales and retail experience. My main role includes getting to know potential buyers and arranging, accompanying and following up on viewings.
My role is to find out what buyers are looking for in their dream home, matching them to our properties, arranging viewings, keeping sellers updated and assisting with sales.
Having won awards for my customer service skills, my clients happiness is always my main priority. My responsibilities include conducting viewings, sales progressing and following up any viewing appointments; all with utmost passion and enthusiasm. I have a creative flare and love exploring the potential in every property.
With a passion for property, I am involved in many different aspects of the company including the administration, booking and conducting viewings, vendor contact, preparing property brochures, floorplans and general day-to-day tasks whist always providing excellent customer service.
I am responsible for the maintenance department ensuring our rental properties are maintained to the highest standard and legally compliant. I am qualified in Professional Inventory Provision and oversee a team of committed property maintenance administrators. Part of my role also includes that rent is received, processed, banked and passed on to the landlord swiftly. We are the first point of contact for tenants advising us of any property maintenance issues which we aim to resolve with the minimum of disruption for both tenant and landord.
I am the Lettings Team Leader and currently on maternity leave until mid 2018.
As soon as the property is made available I deal with all enquiries, arrange property viewings and conduct block viewings when we have a lot of interest. I put all applications to the Landlord so they can make the best decision on the best tenant.
I arrange property viewings, assist with referencing, changeover utility companies where possible, and draw up legal documents including the tenancy agreements, move-in packs and deposit payments.
I ensure that the wide variety of properties we manage are well maintained and that Landlords and Tenants are kept informed of any works in progress. I have a background in the automotive industry in Herefordshire and have a bubbly personality and a can-do attitude.
Raised in the Herefordshire farming countryside, I enjoy looking after the properties we manage across this beautiful area. In my work I like to respond quickly and am always eager to learn. My main tasks are in assisting with maintenance enquiries, and striving to resolve issues in a timely manner to suit everyone’s needs
I assist with all maintenance enquires with ease and speed whilst looking after our landlords properties with a prompt, professional manner. I have a very strong relationship with all our contractors.
I am the Senior Lettings Negotiator and currently on maternity leave until 2018.
